What does it cost?

Including an initial 3-month trial period, your On-Demand plan runs for a rolling period of 12 months with an option to renew or cancel at the end of that period. The hours package purchased is invoiced quarterly in advance.* The full service legal support can be used at any time during the year.

Annual hours package Hourly rate
(excl. VAT)
Total annualised cost
(excl. VAT)
60 £210 £12,600
120 £200 £24,000
200 £190 £38,000
200+ Bespoke Scale to usage

*Harper James retains the right to invoice earlier based on client’s hours usage

With our On-Demand plan, we commit to fostering an on-going partnership, and clients are encouraged to choose a package that aligns with their anticipated annual legal needs. If it is expected that more than 50% of hours in a package will be consumed within the first quarter, a larger package will be required. While legal needs may inevitably fluctuate throughout the year, the aim of this plan is that the hours usage is distributed relatively evenly across the four quarters of the subscription year.
